Payment and Deposit Policy for Events
“GUEST” Responsibility summary:
10 days prior: Provide final attendance, dietary requests, and mealtime schedules.
3 days prior: Final confirmation
Deposit based off minimal expected attendance is due upon booking any event.
A 30% deposit is required and due upon booking. Deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received a minimum of 60 days prior to event. Deposit is not refundable within 60 days of the event.
A gratuity fee may be applied.
We can accommodate additional guests but will not refund for cancellations.
